We are excited to bring Curb University to the great state of Florida!  Thank you so much to Eric & Carrie Casey who are our hosts for this event!  The Caseys own a large nursury outside of Reddick which is located in between Gainsville and Ocala and attended a CU training last year with us.  Orlando and Tampa are the closest major airports to fly into which are approx 90 min away.  Ocala will have the closest hotels which will be less than a 30 min drive.

CU is coming with at least 9 trainers to give you as much assistance, knowledge, and experience as we can.  These guys are traveling from 6 differents states and literally have millions of feet of curb under their belts.  There will be several curb machines, Piledrivers, and at least two full trailers/mixers so everyone has ample time to get hands on.  This is not just a "show n tell" training or one with a limited amount of mixes.  Our last training in North Dakota had over 120 mixes in two days with the majority done by the attendees.  (Bring work clothes, gloves, and kneepads)

We understand that Lil Bubba is popular in this part of the country because of their location in Orlando.  Each machine is unique and run in different ways.  Most operators that run Lil Bubba do so counterclockwise while the majority of the rest of the machines run clockwise, theres no right or wrong way, just the way you learned.  Because alot of the attendees will have experience with Lil Bubba, we will have some of our machines set up to go the same way as the bubba.  This will make it much easier for those who may find it difficult to adjust to the other direction.  

We will have several brand new Stings and Piledrivers available to sell at demo/cash price.  These will be stock colors and the Stings will have Borderline sideplates.  If you want to preorder so you can customize your machine let me know well ahead of time.  

Day 1 - We will do a complete basic training for anyone who needs help with mixing, finishing, stamping, coloring, and running a curb machine.  Bring your work clothes and be ready as learning isn't done by just observing, you must be hands-on and feel the machine, trowel, and mix.  Each attendee will be asked to mix his own batches and then run his batch through a sting.  You must understand the how's and why's of mixing as it correlates to the curb machine.  If you run a dry mix we want you to feel that dry mix through the machine as well as on the trowel, that way you know how to adjust the next.  We will have more than one sting and instructors at the ready so you won't be alone.  This day is a must for those just starting or ones who are struggling.  We will do curves, tree rings, islands, stops, starts, cut downs, and anything else you might encounter on a property.  After day one you should have the confidence to begin your new journey or much better at your existing one.  *If you choose to only attend day 1 , the cost will be $500 for you and one other person.

Day 2 - We devote the second day to those who don't want to settle for being average.  Borderline's advanced training and the results truly speaks for itself as you can see on curbuniversity.com.  Learn every technique and have access to all the tools to create your own stone.  Set yourself apart from the others in your area and create your own price point.  We will go through all of Borderline's Dakota Stamp Kits and the Borderline Carve Kit.  We will also have several new kits like the Missouri River Flagstone, Fractured Quartz, Petrified, and Whiskey Shale.   Change your curbing game, don't settle... * The cost for Day 2 is $3000 and includes all of Day 1.  You will also receive the Borderline Carve Kit which will have 3 stamp kits, access to all of curb university and the online training course, and  Membership to Borderline Stonemakers Facebook.
